St. George

   Jesse, Dawson and I just got back from St. George and it was sooo much fun!  We loved every second of our first adventure as a family!  We left Thursday around four and got there around nine.  Dawson slept the whole way!  He loves the car.  When we got there we just watched some tv and went to bed pretty quick.  Than when we woke up Jesse, Dawson and I went for a jog.  It was nice to get out in the nicer weather!  The place we stayed in way super nice.  We also stayed with Jesse's friends; Dallas, Lindsey, Peyton, and a few others.  Then Jesse went for a bike ride with his buddy and I hung out with Lindsey and her little girl Peyton.
    That night we went to Fiesta Fun and went go karting.  It was a blast.

   We ate at Texas Road house after...yum.

   Then on Saturday Jesse went for a ride again and I got go for a jog and hang out at the pool with my favorite little guy.

    The water was a little too cold for him to get in all the way.  So we splashed our feet around.  Love those little legs!

  One thing that was not fun was that our little guy kept getting fevers.  :(  He slept a lot and was in his diaper a lot at night to cool him off.  Poor little guy.

  One of the days it was warm enough to have Dawson get in the pool and it was so much fun!

   He is such a stud!

We drove around to see the track that Jesse is going to do his half iron man on.  It was really pretty.

We had too much fun and I'm sad to come back to cold UT......until next time St. George!

LOVE

     My birthday was a blast.  Dawson and I woke up and headed to work.  I hung out with Piper and Dawson all day.  She had an ear infection, so we had to go to the doctor, but we still managed to have fun.  We watched Mickey Mouse about three times and read books.  When I got home from work Jesse gave me a gift.  A jogging stroller!  I am so excited about it.  I have wanted one of these for a while and now i'll be able to go running with Dawson!  He is going to basically live in it!  ha!  Now I am really really excited for warmer weather!  Jesse also got me red roses.  They are so pretty!  I love them!  Then we dropped Dawson off at my mom's and we went and ate at Christophers steak house.  It was really yummy!  Than we picked up Dawson and Jesse let me pick out a cupcake at the sweet toothfairy.  Yum.  We came home; put Dawson to bed, watched a movie and snuggled.  Wow I was very spoiled!  I loved my day!  Thanks Jesse.

   Valentine's Day.  This day was perfect.  Jesse woke up and said Happy Valentine's day!  He is so cute.  I gave him a frame with Dawson in it.  (My sister gave me these cute LOVE letters for my b day, which were perfect for picture time!)

  I had too much fun playing photo shoot with him.  They turned out so cute though! I gave him a book for Valentine's Day and he sucked all over it.  I love you Dawson!

Than Katie came over and we made our hubbys yummy chocolate covered strawberries.  I made my sisters and my mom cookies and went over to my moms and hung out for a bit.  I love my mama.  Than when Jesse got off of work we mad a super yummy dinner.  It was a pasta dish with olives, shrimp, tomatoes, artichokes, etc.  Way good.  It was fun cooking together.

  Than we took Dawson swimming for his very first time!  He loved it!  He didn't cry once and was such a trooper since it was a little cold.  

    He is going to become a little fishy!

Kids

    This last week was.....BUSY!  It was hard watching three kids the whole week.  It was good for me though and I did have fun along the way.  Brody and Piper love Dawson so much and it is fun to see them play with him.  He loves them!
   It is really cute, Brody can get Dawson to laugh so hard!  He thinks he is hillarious!

 Piper always shares her toys with him!  He always eats her dolls head.  ha

One night we had a sleepover at my house!  They were sad when it was time for Dawson to go to bed.


  One night I walked into Dawson's room to find Jesse reading him a book.  So cute.  I love moments like this.

These two seriously love each other so much.

These two make me laugh sometimes.  Jesse one night wanted to find all the binkies in the house and lay them out.  He wanted all the binkies just right for the picture.

   This kid loves binkies!  Jesse even made some mustache ones.  haha I love Jesse he makes me laugh.

 This week Dawson also turned 6 months old!  He is growing up so fast.  He had his 6 month check up.  He was such a trooper at his appointment.  It was cute right after his shot he screamed really hard, but smiled right after at the nurse!  He is like super baby I swear....just like Daddy.

15 lbs 8 oz!  27 inches long!

   Sunday we had a family party at my mom's house to celebrate Jared, Karen, and my birthdays this month! Dawson liked the hat!

Wow it was a good week!  Now i'm tired  :)  This coming week is going to be full of naps!

Yummy

    This weekend was a good one.  Jesse was able to go snow mobiling with his buddies on Friday and he had a blast.  It's good for him to be able to go and have fun with his friends.  Than on Saturday Jesse let me go to the gym and have lunch with my sisters while he watched Dawson.  He is the best!  Than Saturday night my sisters and mom came over for our service night!  We made a bunch of cupcakes, than we gave some of them to neighbors.  Sometimes it's the small things that can make someone happy!  Yum!  It was really fun getting together and decorating them.

    They turned out really cute!  I think I ate about 6 of them....too yummy! The next day Jesse and I took 2 plates of them to some neighbors.  We chose families with lots of kids, so they'd get eaten up!   I can't wait for next months service night!  Any ideas of what do to????..... um.....

     We also fed Dawson his first bowl of rice cereal!  He loved it!  I was worried because I hear a lot of moms say that their baby hated rice cereal.  Not Dawson!  He snarfed it!  He ate the whole bowl we made of it and probably would have eaten more!  Jesse was so excited to feed him, which I thought was super cute.  We took turns feeding him and took lots of photos!  We like feeding him!

   I can't believe my baby can hold his own bottle now!  I gave him a bottle last night and he held it the whole time!  He is growing up fast.

    Jesse and I are going to take Dawson swimming this week.....Our future swimmer!
