Santa and Snow.....

 
   Dawson got to sit on Santa's lap!  Dawson was so cute, he just sat there and smiled.  He is such a happy kid!  Santa told him that he had been a good boy!  So he is coming to our house!

   So This morning I went swimming while Jesse watched Dawson.  I came home and found that Jesse had built him a huge snow slide!  We sent Dawson down and he loved it.  (I was a little worried)  It was cute though, I love seeing these two together.

 I caught a picture of him in the middle of going down the slide!  He was sucking on his sleeve.  Cute little guy!

   This past weekend we went downtown to see the lights.  It was really fun.  Dawson loved it as well, even though he slept most of the time!

Family time

Such a happy little guy!  

Barb, Mel, Jade, my mom and I made ginger bread houses.  It was a really fun night.  We seriously worked on these houses for over two hours!  

This is mine....  They were all teasing me cuz I made a huge wreath in the back!  haha!

 THis is Barb's.  Hers was a train.  Very cute!

    This is Mel's.  We were teasing her and saying she cheated cuz hers was already put together, but hers really is amazing!

 This is Jade's!  Amazing!  She was so hyper and eating so much candy!  At the end she said, "sorry I ate so much candy mom."  She is adorable!

We had too much fun!  According to Jared, Mel got first place, I got second and Barb got third.  Than my mom gave us all a 1st place ribbon and $1.  haha! I love my Momma! 

Santa Baby!  Jesse and I were bored on night, and when that happens we usually have a photo shoot with baby.  :)  Ha ha!  I love that he is by a present!  Jesse and I have fun being parents!  Too much probably!  :)

Magical

     Christmas is a magical time....

Dawson loves the tree!  Jesse and I had fun decorating it and Dawson had fun pulling and staring at it.

 
   This past weekend my sisters and I took my mom on a sleigh ride!  It was for her birthday and she loved it!  Riding on a sleigh was one thing that was on her bucket list!  Check that one off Mom!

  This was before the ride.  We didn't tell her what we were doing.....it was a surprise.  Then a guy came up to us and said, "are you guys waiting for the sleigh ride?"  haha!  My mom was so excited that she started to cry!

There wasn't a ton of snow, but we still had fun.  We sang Jingle bells!

Then we ate a yummy dinner up the hill.

   The night was full of laughing, singing, talking about our favorite Christmas memories and creating new memories!

Happy Birthday Momma!  I love you!

Jesse had surgery last week and Dawson loved having him home to hang out for the day....

Jesse loved it too.  Jesse always says to me, "Isn't having a kid fun?!"  I say....."Yes, it's the best"  :)

hardly ever cries,

loves the stroller and car seat (he falls asleep fast!),

laughs hard at Mom,

Loves shopping with Mom (I'm sure Jesse loves that one),

Loves baby lotion (Jesse loves that one too, hahah!)

Grateful.....

   This thanksgiving Jesse and I are most grateful for......

Our little Dawson!  We love him so much!
We had a really good thanksgiving at my mom's house.  We ate yummy food and played games!

 Then Jesse and I headed to St. George.....that is when this happened....

Yup a flat tire.  It totally exploded.  It was really scary, but I was very grateful that my hubby knew what to do!

He fixed it!
We didn't end up going to St. George.....sad day.  But Jesse still got to go dirt biking the next day!
   We are loving getting ready for Christmas.  It is fun having a home to decorate.  Jesse put up lights outside and I must say that it looks great!  I was a little scared of him on the roof in the dark though!

Snow Fall

    Last weekend we got a lot of snow!  So.....Friday night at midnight, Jesse and I pulled out our coats, gloves and boots to go and make this......

   This picture made me laugh really hard!  It was fun to make this huge snowman.  It was hard work, took a while!  The hardest part was finding pieces for his face!  We got creative and spray painted a cookie black for the eyes.
    Dawson has been enjoying the snow too!  He loves it already!

   My best friend gave him this snow suit and it's soooo cute on him!  It's great too, you can just plop in right in the snow!

    I went and worked out one night and came home to these two sleepy heads.

   I love finding this little guy in my bed.

      This is Dawson's favorite little doggie!  He loves it!

His Day

    We blessed Dawson this last Sunday and the day was perfect!  I loved every minute of it.  Jesse gave him a wonderful blessing and I felt the spirit all day long.  I am so blessed to have Dawson in my life.  I'm so grateful that I can be his mom.

   Everyone came to our house after and we ate lunch.  It was fun to chat and enjoy baby D.

We loved his day.....when it was over I said to Jesse, "I'm sad it's over, but glad it was so great!"



   Well Dawson's first Halloween has come and gone.  It was so much fun dressing him up!  Jesse dressed up as buddy the elf for work....he looked exactly like him!

   On Halloween night we went over to Jesse's parents house and ate chili and played games.  It was fun and Dawson rocked his pumpkin outfit.  He is way too cute.....

     Dawson's room is done!  It took three months, but it is finally done!   I love the way it turned out.  He loves it too  :)   I love his name that I made.

    I love this kid  :)
